The mini cheese making kit is our most complete proposal to make all kinds of cheese at home or start your own business. It includes a collection of moulds for making different types of cheese (fresh, matured, . . .) and of different sizes. In addition, it includes the Multipurpose press which is easy to use, robust and accurate.

SPECIFICALLY THE KIT CONTAINS:

• Multipurpose cheese press, with pressure regulator for pressing cheese.
• 6 smooth moulds to make a cheese up to 500g.
• 6 Smooth moulds to make a cheese of 1 Kg>2Kg
• 1 40 Lt. pasteurizing/setting pot with 1/2"; outlet
• 1 Vertical cutting strip
• 1 Horizontal Cutting Strip.
• 5 capsules with ferment to make cheese, enough to condition up to 400 liters of milk. Cheese cloth: 6 units of 50 x 50 cm.
